Artículo segundo. Los empleados que por razón de este Decreto sean incorporados a cargos cuya remuneración sea inferior a la que actualmente estén devengando, continuarán recibiendo el mismo sueldo hasta que se retiren o sean ascendidos o trasladados a otro cargo; una vez vacante el empleo, la asignación será la del grado correspondiente fijado en este Decreto.
