Art. 7° La Academia acordará el reglamento que estimare conveniente para el órden de sus trabajos i la buena marcha del establecimiento, en el cual estatuirá lo relativo al nombramiento del Secretario i del portero, así como todo lo concerniente a la eleccion de miembros natos, honorario i corresponsales, i al mantenimiento de relaciones científicas con las sociedades análogas de otras naciones. Del nombramiento que se haga de Secretario i portero se dará cuenta al Poder Ejecutivo para la aprobacion correspondiente. III. DEL DIRECTOR.
