La partida indicada en el artículo 19 de esta Ley será entregada al Departamento de Santander, el que por intermedio de la Secretaría de Obras Públicas, y de común acuerdo con el Párroco del Municipio de Ocamonte, procederá a efectuar la restauración del templo parroquial de la citada población.
