Los Magistrados, Fiscales y empleados subalternos del Tribunal Superior Militar disfrutarán de vacaciones colectivamente entre el 20 de diciembre de cada año y el 10 de enero siguiente, inclusive. Para los demás funcionarios y empleados de la Justicia Penal Militar y de su Ministerio Público serán individuales de acuerdo con las normas respectivas, los turnos que se establezcan y necesidades del servicio en las correspondientes reparticiones o dependencias a que se hallen adscritos.
