Además de lo que esté previsto en leyes o decretos. no podrán ser elegidos ni actuar como Consejeros quienes directamente o por interpuesta persona tengan el carácter de contratistas, apoderados o administradores frente a las Intendencias o Comisarías o a los Municipios y Corregimientos que las integran.
