Objeto del procedimiento correctivo y sancionatorio . Este procedimiento busca la protección de los recursos del Sistema General de Regalías, mediante la imposición de medidas administrativas tendientes a corregir o sancionar los hechos u omisiones que ocasionen un inadecuado, ineficiente, ineficaz e ilegal uso de estos recursos. Este procedimiento se adelantará respetando el debido proceso, con arreglo a lo prescrito en el presente decreto.
