º. Auxíliase al Municipio de Neira con la suma de un millón doscientos mil pesos ($ 1.200.000.00) distribuídos así:

Con destino a la construcción y dotación del Palacio Municipal la suma de ochocientos mil pesos ($ 800.000.00);

Con destino a la construcción del matadero la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00);

Con destino al arreglo y modernización de la planta municipal la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00).
