El auxilio decretado en esta Ley será pagado a las Empresas Públicas Intendenciales de San Andrés mediante el lleno de las formalidades previstas en el artículo 4º de la Ley 11 de 1967 , las cuales, en concordancia con el 10 ibídem, serán satisfechas en el momento de presentar el cobro.
