° Para el reconocimiento de horas extras de clase a un profesor en el establecimiento donde preste sus servicios de tiempo completo, deberá acreditarse, con certificación del Rector, la designación de aquél para las horas extras y el cumplimiento que hay dad a l tiempo mínimo docente fijado en el presente Decreto.
