Las medidas de atención, asistencia, y reparación integral contenidas en el presente decreto se encuentran encaminadas a reducir y propenden por solventar los impactos ocasionados por las infracciones al Derecho Internacional Humanitario o las violaciones graves y manifiestas a los Derechos Humanos, ocurridas con ocasión del conflicto armado interno, en los términos del artículo 3° de la Ley 1448 de 2011.
