Se entiende como inversión nueva aquella que implique un aumento de capital social de una empresa editorial ya existente o un aporte directo de capital a una constituida en el año gravable de la solicitud de exención. No se considerara como inversión nueva la compra de acciones, derechos o aportes ya suscritos y pagados por otros accionistas o socios, ni la capitalización de utilidades.
