Las comunidades negras a que se refiere esta ley podrán acudir a los mecanismos e instituciones de control y vigilancia ciudadanos sobre los contratos de explotación minera, en los términos previstos en el estatuto general de contratación de la administración pública, en la ley estatutaria de mecanismos e instituciones de participación ciudadana, y en las normas que los modifiquen o sustituyan.
