Art. 5.° Tanto los Pagarés como las Libranzas, luego que sean amortizados por los Administradores de Aduanas o Salinas, serán remitidos a la Tesorería jeneral para que las envíe a la Direcion del Crédito nacional, practicadas que sean en sus libros las correspondientes descripciones, lo mismo que ejecutará respecto de los que se cancelen en su oficina.
