Orígen . La Condecoración Orden del Servicio Solidario, está destinada a exaltar a las personas que hayan sobresalido, de manera excepcional, por sus eminentes y excepcionales servicios al sector solidario. Tales servicios han de ser sustentados por los postulantes y demostrados documentalmente. Los servicios a que se refiere esta distinción, son aquellos que aprovechen al sector, pero que permitan un beneficio común que lo desarrolle y lo haga importante para el país.
