Prohibición uso del uniforme en estado de separación . El Oficial o Suboficial separado de la Policía Nacional en forma absoluta, perderá el derecho de usar el uniforme, las condecoraciones y los distintivos que se le hubieron conferido. Al ser separado en forma temporal, se le suspenderá el mismo, derecho durante el lapso de la separación.
