Los particulares que cuentan con información científica, técnica e histórica suficiente sobre el Patrimonio Cultural Sumergido el cual haya sido informado al Instituto Colombiano de Antropología e Historia (ICANH), pueden presentar al Ministerio de Cultura una iniciativa de asociación público-privada de iniciativa privada para adelantar una, varias o todas las actividades previstas en el artículo 4° de la Ley 1675 de 2013.
