Si después del contrato hubiere menguado considerablemente la fortuna del comprador, de modo que el vendedor se halle en peligro inminente de perder el precio, no se podrá exigir la entrega, aunque se haya estipulado plazo para el pago del precio, sino pagando o asegurando el pago.
