La Escuela de Artes y Oficios que actualmente se construye en la ciudad de Líbano, tiene carácter nacional, y en consecuencia, después de la sanción de la presente ley, en el Presupuesto Nacional figurará siempre el renglón correspondiente, para la terminación de los edi- ficios primero y para su dotación y sostenimiento después.
