Ningún Notario podrá tomar posesión del cargo sin presentar la prueba de que se encuentra afiliado al Colegio de Notarios de. Colombia, prueba que se anotará en la respectiva diligencia.

Parágrafo

Antes del 1º de julio de 1974, todos los Notarios en ejercicio del cargo deberán comprobar ante la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro que están afiliados al Colegio de Notarios de Colombia y que se hallan a paz y salvo con esta Institución.
