Establézcase el presupuesto de gastos con cargo al Sistema General de Regalías durante el bienio del 1° de enero de 2023 al 31 de diciembre de 2024, en la suma de VEINTINUEVE BILLONES NOVECIENTOS SIETE MIL TRESCIENTOS NOVENTA Y SIETE MILLONES SETECIENTOS DIECISÉIS MIL QUINIENTOS DIECINUEVE PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($29.907.397.716.519).
