Art. 156. Será preferido en igualdad de propuestas el que ofrezca asegurar a un precio ventajoso el valor de los cargamentos, o lo que es lo mismo, el pago de todas las perdidas, daños i prejuicios que por cualquiera causa puedan resultar a la renta en la conducción de los tabacos.
