ARTICULO DECIMOTERCERO. Los bienes muebles y semovientes excluídos del servicio por deterioro, inutilidad o mal estado, podrán ser vendidos por las Juntas o representantes de las Instituciones, en las formas, precios y condiciones que las Juntas determinen, y que juzguen de mayor conveniencia para sus intereses, De estas ventas se deberá dar inmediato aviso al Departamento de Asistencia Social.
