El gobierno Nacional seguirá pagando á los departamentos de la Costa Atlántica las mismas cantidades que estos recibían hasta el 31 d diciembre último, como indemnización por el perjuicio que sufrieron al establecerse el monopolio de la sal, de acuerdo con los contratos celebrados entonces con tal motivo, y que se declaran en todo su vigor. También pagará lo que se ha dejado de abonar desde el 1º de Enero del presente año.
