Para la recuperación de la inversión prevista en la Ley 41 de 1993, se entiende por inversión pública en Adecuación de Tierras, los recursos provenientes del sector público que un Organismo Ejecutor invierta para la construcción, rehabilitación, ampliación o complementación de obras de infraestructura, destinadas al riego, drenaje o protección contra inundaciones y otros usos.
