El Ministerio de vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio o la entidad que este determine, otorgará títulos de propiedad legalmente registrados a hogares que tengan la calidad de poseedores y que hayan sido beneficiarios de un subsidio familiar de vivienda en cualquiera de sus modalidades. Esta posesión no podrá contrariar las disposiciones legales referentes a la prescripción adquisitiva de dominio, sucesión, saneamiento de que trata la Ley 1561 de 2012, las que la modifiquen o sustituyan, y demás disposiciones concordantes. El Gobierno nacional, a través del Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, reglamentará el procedimiento.
