Ley 157 de 1994 · por la cual se reconoce el diseño industrial como una profesión y se reglamenta su ejercicio

Para ejercer la profesión de Diseñador Industrial, será necesario cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

Poseer título universitario debidamente obtenido y registrado de conformidad con las normas vigentes; y

La inscripción legal en el Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, el que otorgará la respectiva tarjeta profesional.

Parágrafo

Los títulos profesionales en Diseño Industrial que hayan sido otorgados con anterioridad a la vigencia de la presente Ley por entes educativos de nivel profesional universitario legalmente autorizados para ello, serán válidos para continuar ejerciendo la profesión.
