Apruébase la Convención relativa á la propiedad industrial entre la República de Colombia y la Gran Bretaña, suscrita en Bogotá, el día 22 de Diciembre de 1906 por los Plenipotenciarios Señores General don Alfredo Vásquez Cobo, Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, y Francis William Stronge, Ministro Residente de Su Majestad Británica.
