Las licencias temporales se darán á los miembros de una Banda, por el respectivo Comandante General Divisionario, Jefe militar ó Jefe de Cuerpo, mediando alguna de estas causas: 1ª enfermedad el individuo; 2º enfermedad ó muerte de alguno de sus padres ó hijos; 3ª tener necesidad el miembro de una Banda de atender á sus intereses, para evitar grave perjuicio en ellos.
