Titulares del recurso. El recurso de casación podrá ser interpuesto por la parte acusadora, por el procesado y por su defensor. El Fiscal General, si lo considera conveniente, podrá ser si mismo o por un agente designado para el efecto, desplazar al funcionario recurrente para la presentación de la demanda.
