Articulo Segundo. El
Parágrafo 1
del artículo 9º del Decreto 114 de 1965 quedará así: "
Parágrafo 1
Las providencias de nombramientos y traslados para prestar el servicio médico obligatorio, en cargos previamente determinados para tal fin, requieren la refrendación del Ministerio de Salud Pública, refrendación que constituye la imprescindible autorización legal para el ejercicio provisional de la respectiva profesión, únicamente por el término de doce (12) meses, (o por el número de meses que para completarlos falten si se trata de traslados, en el área correspondiente).
