ARTICULO 290. Violación de la libertad de trabajo. El que mediante violencia o maniobra engañosa logre el retiro de operarios o trabajadores de los establecimientos donde laboran, o por los mismo medios perturbe o impida el libre ejercicio de la actividad de cualquier persona, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) meses a tres (3) años y multa de dos mil a veinte mil pesos. Si como consecuencia de la conducta descrita en el inciso anterior sobreviniere la suspensión o cesación colectiva del trabajo, la pena se aumentará hasta en una tercera parte.
