CURSO DE INFORMACIÓN MILITAR. Los oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo y del cuerpo de Justicia Penal Militar, para ascender al grado de Teniente Coronel o Capitán de Fragata, previa selección de los comandos de fuerza, deberán adelantar y aprobar el «Curso de Información Militar», en la Escuela Superior de Guerra de Colombia. Este curso en ningún caso será válido para la obtención del título de oficial de Estado Mayor.
