Art. 1.° Los Inspectores de la navegacion fluvial en el rio Magdalena no darán el permiso de salir á ningun buque de los que navegan en él, mientras que del exámen previo que deben hacer no aparezca; 1.° Que el buque ó embarcacion tiene seis salvavidas, por lo menos, como los que se usan en los buques de mar; 2.° Que el buque llevá á bordo un médico con el correspondiente botiquin previsto de los medicamentos necesarios, atendidos el clima y enfermedades reinantes en la region del Magdalena.
