El cumplimiento de las obligaciones de conformidad con lo previsto en el Decreto 4345 de 2004 en lo que se refiere a la presentación electrónica y los eventos de presentación litográfica, se rigen por las condiciones señaladas en los artículos 29, 30 y concordantes de dicho reglamento y por las prescripciones del Decreto 408 de 2001 antes de las modificaciones efectuadas mediante el presente decreto.
