Autorízase á los Directores Generales de Instrucción Pública para adjudicar las becas que en las Escuelas Normales y en los Colegios de su jurisdicción sostenga el Gobierno Nacional, mediante las formalidades establecidas en los artículos 24 y 25 del Reglamento de dichas Escuelas, ó mediante las establecidas en el presente Decreto, y con la obligación de someter á la censura del Ministerio las resoluciones que dicten sobre adjudicación ó cancelación de becas.
