Ley 35 de 1929 · POR LA CUAL SE REGLAMENTA EL EJERCICIO DE LA PROFESIÓN DE MEDICINA EN COLOMBIA

Desde la promulgación de esta Ley, no podrán usar el título de doctor, en lo relacionado con medicina y cirugía, sino aquellos profesionales que tengan su respectivo diploma, expedido por una Facultad nacional o extranjera, refrendado por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y aprobado por la Junta General de Títulos Médicos.

Parágrafo

La contravención a este Artículo será castigada con una multa de cien pesos ($ 100) por cada infracción.
