Art. 210. La primera autoridad política del lugar podrá conceder licencia á los Jueces Superiores, á los de Circuito á los de Distrito Municipal para separarse del ejercicio de sus Funciones. El término de la licencia será hasta de tres meses en un año, pudiendo prorrogarse por otros tres meses en caso de enfermedad debidamente comprobada.
