Reorganización. Conforme el

Parágrafo

del artículo 8° del Decreto 2814 de 1968, los planes o proyectos de reorganización general o parcial de la entidad, se someterán para su revisión y concepto a la Secretaría de Organización e Inspección de la Administración Pública de la Presidencia de la República (S.O.I.A.P.). Los contratos que con el misino objeto se proyecte celebrar, deberán contar con el concepto favorable de la misma Secretaría.
