Art. 2°. Dicha Aduana resolverá según los datos fidedignos que obtenga sobre las circunstancias en que se halle el Dique, si es o no el caso de aplicar el referido artículo 1° de la Ley 73; y si lo es, procederá de acuerdo con el artículo 63 del Código Fiscal, reputando el buque como si hubiese llegado sólo de escala a desembarcar parte de su cargamento.
