Los propietarios, poseedores, ocupantes y tenedores de predios, están en la obligación de permitir el acceso a los predios, facilitar las investigaciones, dar las informaciones, suministrar copias de documentos y participar en las pruebas que les requieran las Comisiones de Deslinde y Amojonamiento de entidades territoriales.
