Modifíquese el numeral 2 del artículo 5.6.4.1.3 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "2. Tratándose de cartera de historia superior a tres (3) años, se tomará el mayor de los valores resultantes de determinar el índice de siniestralidad general de la cartera en la clase correspondiente y el especial, referido concretamente a la cartera que se va a titularizar. En todo caso, el factor resultante no podrá exceder el cien por ciento (100%) del valor de los créditos transferidos al patrimonio o fondo de inversión colectiva, junto con el de sus correspondientes intereses.".
