°. Causales de terminación de la vigencia de la Visa Residente Especial de Paz (RES). La vigencia de la visa podrá terminar, sin que medie pronunciamiento de la autoridad migratoria o de visas, en los siguientes casos

Por solicitud escrita del titular.

Si el extranjero a quien se le otorgó, se ausenta del territorio nacional por un término igual o superior a dos (2) años continuos.
