º. Valor de la vivienda. Para los procesos de postulación y asignación del subsidio familiar de vivienda el valor de la vivienda que el postulante se proponga adquirir o construir deberá ser expresado en pesos y el ahorro previo deberá ser como mínimo igual al 10% del valor de la vivienda a adquirir.
