°. VIGENCIA Y DEROGATORIAS. El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. La certificación correspondiente a la vigencia 2019 seguirá vigente hasta tanto el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE) expida la nueva certificación de conformidad con el presente decreto, la cual deberá hacerse en un término no mayor a 15 días calendario contados a partir de su publicación.

Decreto 952 de 2019 · por el cual se adiciona el Capítulo 7, Título 1, Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1625 de 2016 Único Reglamentario en Materia Tributaria, que reglamenta el artículo 49 de la Ley 788 de 2002, modificado por el artículo 19 de la Ley 1816 de 2016.
