Destino De La Leche Con Fecha Caducada

Decreto 2437 de 1983 · Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Título V de la Ley 9ª de 1979, en cuanto a Producción, Procesamiento, Transporte y Comercialización de la Leche

Destino de la leche con fecha caducada . La leche no consumida dentro de los límites fijados por este Decreto, sólo podrá destinarse para otros fines industriales En este caso deberá almacenarse en un depósito exclusivo para tal fin y se llevará un libro de registro donde se indique fecha, cantidad del producto devuelto, cantidad que se destina para otros fines industriales y utilización final.

Parágrafo

El libro a que se refiere el presente articulo deberá ser registrado ante el Servicio Seccional de Salud correspondiente y estará a disposición de la autoridad sanitaria para fines de control y vigilancia.
