ARTICULO 28. Visitas. - La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, podrá ordenar visitas de inspección, de vigilancia y de control, a las instituciones que prestan servicios de salud y a las encargadas del financiamiento del sector Oficial del Sector Salud.
