Adopción del CUBS. El Catálogo Unico de Bienes y Servicios será adoptado y actualizado por el Operador del SICE y la Contraloría General de la República, de acuerdo con los lineamientos que establezca el Comité para la Operación del SICE. El poblamiento o cargue inicial del CUBS se realizará en forma progresiva, según el cronograma que defina el mencionado Comité.
