ARTICULO 4.2.0.12.- CERTIFICACION Y AUTENTICACION DE ACTOS. Correponde al Secretario General de la Superintendencia de Valores expedir las certificaciones relativas a los actos de la entidad así como la autenticación de los mismos. No obstante, dicho funcionario podrá delegar tales funciones en uno o algunos de los funcionarios adscritos a su dependencia, sin perjuicio de que las reasuma en cualquier momento, para lo cual no se requerirá formalidad específica alguna.
