º de agosto de mil novecientos catorce, y no podrán ser reemplazados sino por causas legales.

Parágrafo

Cuando un Juez Municipal haya sido reemplazado durante su período por el Concejo y haya duda acerca de la legalidad del procedimiento, o cuando el Concejo haya hecho más de un nombramiento para un mismo Juzgado, correspondiente al Tribunal del respectivo Distrito Judicial decidir el punto en Sala de Acuerdo.
