El propietario o tenedor del vehículo taxi vinculado, deberá presentar a las empresas la documentación necesaria para la renovación de la tarjeta de operación, por lo menos con dos (2) meses de anticipación a su vencimiento. La empresa, por su parte, presentará a la autoridad competente la solicitud con un (1) mes de anticipación al vencimiento de la misma.
